We want you to feel confident in your purchase and to enjoy your piece for what it is: a carefully handcrafted, one-of-a-kind item. Due to the nature of resin artistry, each piece carries its own subtle variations in colour, pattern, and finish—these are part of its character and not considered faults.

Your Right to Cancel

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged

You are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely for its return

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

As each piece is handmade in small batches, we encourage you to take a moment to review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing, as returned items cannot always be resold.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Please note that custom or personalised items are exempt from cancellation rights unless they arrive faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, in an email to hello@thesomanstudio.co.uk, with clear photographs so we can resolve this quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days, using your original payment method.
